Between Generations

I’ve had a long relationship with Africa — a place that continues to shape how I see scale, time, and presence. Between two intense weeks of work, I managed a single night on the Masai Mara. This moment came quietly, without drama: a mother and her teenager moving together through the grass.

What drew me in was the closeness. The way strength and protection sit so naturally alongside vulnerability. There’s history here, and future, held in a single frame — calm, grounded, and deeply human despite being entirely wild.
