Garden Conversations

This photograph was taken in my mum’s garden in Christchurch.

We’re both avid gardeners, and some of my favourite moments are wandering through the garden together — especially after rain. Everything feels softer then. Slower. More alive.

The leaves hold the water gently.
Colour deepens.
